We are looking for:

Paint Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Paint Supervisor to manage production processes and lead a team. The main objective will be to ensure the fulfillment of the production program, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, particularly in the painting process for plastic components.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the paint operations team, leading morning shift meetings and distributing workload.
  • Verify and ensure compliance with the production plan, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and internal procedures.
  • Monitor painting processes, startup, and equipment testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, scrap reduction, and process optimization.
  • Control and update certification matrices (ILUO) and ensure ongoing employee training.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and rework for non-conforming products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.


  • Leadership and team management.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Making decisions under pressure.
  • Focusing on results and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience managing hazardous substances and waste.
  • Knowledge of quality systems (IATF 16949), environmental systems (ISO 14001), 5's, and problem-solving (8D).
  • Office software management.
