About the Job: The Paint Line Offloader is responsible for safely and efficiently removing painted cabinet parts from the paint line or machine, inspecting for quality, and organizing parts for the next stage of production. This role is vital to ensuring high-quality finishes and timely workflow in the finishing department of a cabinet manufacturing facility. Key Responsabilities: Carefully remove cabinet components from the paint machine or automated paint line. Visually inspect each piece for any defects, damage, or imperfections. Ensure all parts are properly cleaned and prepared for the next stage of production. Organize and stack parts in a safe and efficient manner to prevent damage or loss. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Key Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in production schedules. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail.
