Paid Social Specialist (Temporary) - Cosmetics & Lifestyle

Do you have a passion for paid social that tells a story and drives real impact? We're looking for a temporary Paid Social Specialist to join a leading AAA cosmetics brand. In this role, you'll lead and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more-ensuring every ad connects with a broader, more inclusive audience. You'll bring both strategic thinking and creative insight to help shape the brand's digital presence. Available to start as soon as possible for at least five months. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. This includes creating compelling ad copy, selecting relevant targeting options, setting budgets and bids, and monitoring campaign performance. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
