What you will achieve:

As a Paid Social Performance Manager (Person), you are responsible for the technical implementation of our clients' online campaigns, specifically in the area of campaign implementation.

• Quality Assurance: You are our quality eagle! Before a campaign goes live or changes are made, you check everything twice and thrice in the ad platforms – whether in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, or elsewhere.
• Strategy: As the go-to expert for our clients when it comes to the question: "How do we best implement this?", you support them with advice and action, advise them strategically, and help them make the right decisions for campaign setup.
• Performance Optimization: Here you play the campaign detective! You dive deep into the numbers, analyze our KPIs precisely, and put the finishing touches on the campaigns.
• Reporting & Data Preparation: You keep an eye on the data and provide ad-hoc requests for internal departments.

 

What distinguishes you:

• Qualifications: You have successfully completed technical or commercial training or a degree.
• Office Applications: You enjoy working with Microsoft Office products and are not afraid to work, especially in Excel.
• Willingness to learn: Your constant enthusiasm for digital topics and curiosity about "how exactly does it work?" are part of your life motto.
• Further Development: No matter what development goals you pursue, your way of progressing never stays "on-hold".
• Team Player: You are reliable and always happy to act as a sparring partner.
• Language Skills: You master communication in both German and English.
