Tasks

• Media Buying & Budget Scaling: You build highly profitable account structures, manage high monthly budgets goal-oriented, and maximize success KPIs.
• Deep Testing & Analytics: You set up structured A/B testing frameworks for targeting, bidding, and formats, and evaluate KPIs with razor-sharp precision.
• Account Optimization: You continuously monitor existing campaign setups, immediately recognize scaling brakes, and counteract them based on data.
• Strategic Client Consulting: You manage performance projects independently, advise clients in depth, and develop scalable paid social roadmaps.
• Insights: You translate complex analytics data into clear, understandable recommendations for action and strategies for your clients ✨

Qualifications

• Agency Track Record: You have several years of experience in performance marketing on the agency side and have already demonstrably scaled high budgets.
• Media Buying Excellence: You know the common social ads platforms by heart and are familiar with the latest bidding and tracking mechanisms.
• Funnel & Budget Experience: You have already successfully scaled high five- to six-figure monthly budgets for e-commerce and lead generation funnels.
• Strategy & Data Mindset: You think in complex funnel structures, love structured testing, and in-depth data analysis in the dashboard.
• Language Skills: You have perfect German skills and speak good English.
