We want to strengthen our team as soon as possible. Even though our team is predominantly based in Berlin, you can work remotely from home flexibly throughout Germany.

#Your Role:
You will be jointly responsible for our social media marketing, working closely with our product managers, manufacturers, and external partners - from Paid Social and Influencer Marketing to TikTok.
#Social Media Ads: 
You will plan, brief, and optimize our paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Reddit. You will keep an eye on budgets and performance - even when things get really busy around Black Week.   
#Influencer Marketing: 
You will manage our influencer marketing activities - internally in coordination with our product managers and manufacturers, as well as externally in direct communication with cooperation partners. Campaign idea, contract negotiation, briefing - everything comes together with you.
#TikTok:
As the central point of contact [*], you will manage our TikTok channel and continuously develop it together with our agency. 
#Reporting: 
You will regularly create reports on your campaigns and channels.
#Test Placements: 
You will take care of test placements with our partners.

#Background:
You have successfully completed your studies in economics with a focus on (online) marketing or a comparable education. 
#Experience: 
You already have several years of professional experience in social media and performance marketing in a dynamic environment and have an affinity for our product portfolio.  
#Skills: 
You speak fluent German and have sound knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Infludata, common analytics tools). Experience with ERP systems such as NAV is an advantage. You also bring strong conceptual skills.
