Companies: Meliá Hotels International Mission of practices As Paid Search Trainee, your objective will be to learn and support the team in operational tasks, coordination, and campaign analysis. During these practices you will have the opportunity to form yourself in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work directly with partners such as Google and Microsoft. Operational support in Paid Search campaigns You will learn to prepare materials for campaign monitoring, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will also have the opportunity to participate in brainstorming sessions, develop creative ideas, and contribute to the development of new strategies. In addition, you will be able to work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Strong knowledge of Paid Search campaigns and Google Ads tools Experience working with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
