Paid Media Specialist Location: Latam About the Role We are seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to drive mobile growth through data-driven campaigns and continuous optimization. You will own the planning, execution, and scaling of paid acquisition across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, App Store Search Ads, and other major mobile ad networks. Success in this role means delivering high-quality users at target CPI and ROAS while collaborating closely with Creative, Data, Lifecycle, and Product teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing paid media strategies to drive user acquisition and retention • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and mobile marketing • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in paid media and user acquisition • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major mobile ad networks • Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
