What do we need from you?

• End-to-end campaign experience: strategy definition, set-up, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Advanced English (C1)
• Studies in Digital Marketing or specialized SEM courses/masters.
• Desire to learn

• Analytical skills: accustomed to (or not afraid of) working with a large amount of data
• High level MS Office (especially Excel), online planning and research tools
• Knowledge of major advertising platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, Amazon, and Mercado Libre.
• Residency in Mexico City and availability to come to the office from Tuesday to Thursday

Your responsibilities will be: ️

• Team management
• Supervision of accounts assigned to the delegation
• Client management, with daily interaction resolving doubts about the activity and project
• Coordination and, in certain cases, execution of campaign development
• Supervision of reporting and optimization of accounts assigned to the delegation
• Definition and supervision of the strategy for clients assigned to the delegation
• Submission of monthly billing closings to the finance team
• Management of team member training
• Creation of work methodologies that make the team more efficient
• Drafting new business proposals (strategy and its presentation to the client)
