Aufgaben

• Kommunikation: Main point of contact for customer communication and regular communication.
• Performance-Analyse: Continuous performance analysis and derivation of proactive measures to recognize customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Kampagnenoptimierung: Responsibility for continuous campaign optimization to achieve our clients' goals.
• Umfang: Independent management of a portfolio typically consisting of 2 large and 4-5 medium-sized customers.
• Creative Briefings: Creation of precise briefings for creative teams.
• Umsatzverantwortung: Taking over responsibility for customer retention and revenue growth as the central interface to the agency.

Qualifikation

• Meta Ads Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads as a key criterion.
• Erfahrung: Proven experience in independently managing customers in performance marketing.
• Growth Mindset: Strongly developed growth mindset and interest in new tools and developments in the industry.
• Selbstorganisation: High ability to self-organize and take initiative, enabling success in our free agency structure.
