Job title: Paediatrics/Adults Occupational Therapist - Clinical Supervisor Working Hours: Flexible Salary: $100K to $130K per annum Location: Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives. They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to support the leadership of their team and the ongoing development and growth of the service. This position is well suited to a candidate who is passionate about occupational therapy and has experience in leading and developing teams. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality services to clients. • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement service goals and objectives. • Leading and participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the service is delivering best-practice care. • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. • Providing expert advice and guidance on occupational therapy practices and procedures. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices. • Other duties as required.
