About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join the current team of 10 clinicians in Moreton Bay!
In this role, you will deliver goal-directed therapy services in clinic and community settings, collaborating with families and caregivers to support children’s strengths and participation in their communities. Your focus will include designing sustainable, long-term therapy plans aligned with client goals. Work closely with a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to best-practice interventions for neurodiverse children and their families.

- Only 33% NDIS caseload, the rest HCP, STRC, private, DVA and WC
- $80-85k grads up to $100k plus super senior
- Poll cars available
- Billable hours are 65% of 38hr week for perm FTE staff
- Travel 97c/km reimbursed

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Patient, service-orientated and more importantly a ‘people person’
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
- Current drivers licence and car
- Eligibility to work in Australia
