- Manage a caseload with gradually increasing, realistic and achievable KPIs
- Work with a varied caseload of NDIS clients, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and more
- Tailor your caseload to your clinical interests, helping you grow in areas you're passionate about
- Run group programs and provide parent-only coaching and education programs
- Weekly supervision from your team leader to guide and support you
- Professional coaching from clinical specialists to help you grow your skills
- Clinic-based role with occasional school visits if desired
- Access to a Specialist Clinical Advisory Panel for complex case support
- Administration support to manage appointment bookings and cancellations
- In-house PD program and an individual allowance, plus 2 days of study leave
- Induction program tailored to your level of experience, ensuring you have all the support you need
- Frequent social events including quarterly outings, regular team dinners, and more
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech Pathologists
- Gain insight into other Allied Health disciplines through collaborative team meetings and regular professional development days
- Upcoming (early 2026) or current tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
