About the Role
As the Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a key leadership role within a vibrant, multidisciplinary therapy team. You'll oversee the operational and clinical performance of one of the organisation's clinics, ensuring services meet best-practice standards and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and families.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, clinical supervision, and operational coordination, while maintaining a small, manageable caseload of your own clients. You'll guide, mentor, and develop your team to achieve excellence and foster a supportive, positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to therapists.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and team performance.
- Ensure services align with evidence-based practice and organisational standards.
- Support staff in caseload management, professional growth and wellbeing.
- Maintain a small caseload, delivering high-quality therapy to children and families.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to support holistic care.

You're a motivated and compassionate allied health professional who thrives in a leadership role. You enjoy guiding others, fostering a collaborative culture, and leading by example in clinical excellence.
You will have:
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience providing paediatric therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop others.
- Ability to manage caseloads, workflow, and team operations.
- Current Working with Children Check and Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and Medicare provider number(s).
