Job description
About the opening:
Customer service, preparation and display of breads and pastries, sector organization, expiration control, and good food handling practices. Work involves exposure to heat from ovens.
Main responsibilities:- Prepare doughs and bakery products;
- Bake and restock breads and pastries;
- Package and organize products;
- Weigh and price correctly;
- Organize display cases;
- Maintain hygiene and organization of the sector;
- Perform physical effort for moving light and medium loads.
- Elementary or high school education;
- Over 18 years of age;
- Availability for a 6x1 shift schedule, including working on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays;
- Availability in the afternoon or any shift.
- Experience in baking or pastry making;
- Knowledge of fermentation, baking, and basic pastry making;
- Commitment to good food handling practices;
- Organization and attractiveness of displays;
- Attention to product standardization and expiration dates;
- Agility in production during peak hours;
- Good communication and friendliness in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Flexibility to support different functions of the sector.
