Job Description

We develop and implement personalkommunikative projects in the fields of prevention, health, education, and social affairs on behalf of ministries and other public authorities. In total, 50 employees work together with around 250 freelance pedagogues and our regional network partners nationwide.

Mainly for the project strand BO-Begleitung SH, with optional use in further modules of komm auf Tour – meine Stärken, meine Zukunft, we are looking for a motivated pedagogical project coordinator. The focus of the job lies on the implementation of workshops with students and teachers as well as competent coordination and organization of events, including relevant experiences in the field of education and/or vocational orientation.

The position is to be filled in Hamburg full-time from July 1st, 2026, initially for a period of 1.5 years. The main focus of travel activity lies in Schleswig-Holstein; besides, nationwide deployments as well as occasional presence days in our offices in Cologne and Berlin are possible. Furthermore, there is the option to work mobile in home office.

Your Tasks

• Moderation and Workshop Leadership: Implementation of workshops for vocational orientation and life planning in schools with students aged 12-15 years, including relevant experiences from school and extracurricular staff, as well as moderation of planning meetings and teacher workshops.
• Project Management and Coordination: Project management before, during, and after the on-site deployments, including planning, organization, and coordination, as well as budget control in close cooperation with the different company departments (school communication, administration, freelance personnel management, logistics), integrated into the approximately 15-person strong komm auf Tour team.
• Steering of Freelance Pedagogical Staff for the qualitative implementation of prepared workshops.
• Quality Management and Documentation: Implementation of quality standards for pedagogical services and checking compliance, as well as creation of protocols and documentation.

You Bring With You

• Completed university degree and/or comparable professional experience in the fields of pedagogy, education, social affairs, prevention.
• Pedagogically-didactic competencies & experience with target groups in school settings.
• Experience in coordinating projects in the field of education or health, ideally with thematic relevance to vocational orientation and/or life planning.
• Sensitivity for socially and societally relevant themes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Professionalism and sovereign demeanor.
• Self-organization: Independent, meticulous, and goal-oriented working style.
• High travel readiness.
