The Kinderheim Kleine Strolche was founded in 2008 and is represented at the locations Asendorf and Bassum with a total of 60 childcare places. The focus lies on the reception of children up to 6 years old as well as sibling groups up to 8 years old. In addition, the Little Straws offer living groups where women and their children receive protection, support, and new perspectives. A own therapeutic team supports the protected persons in processing burdensome experiences and gaining new insights. An own social pedagogical concept is developed for each child, which takes into account its individual needs and promotes its development. The goal is to provide a safe and stable environment that allows children to grow up with dignity. We are looking for pedagogical professionals (m/w/d) who share our values and want to contribute to the well-being of the children in our care. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing individualized social pedagogical concepts for each child, • Providing a safe and stable environment that allows children to grow up with dignity, • Supporting the therapeutic team in processing burdensome experiences and gaining new insights, • Collaborating with other professionals involved in the care of the children, • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.
