As part of an engaged team, you will support adult individuals with disabilities at our institution. You enable participation, promote self-determination and create genuine relationships. You support people with complex impairments in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing individualized support plans for residents, • Providing guidance and support to residents in daily living activities, • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans, • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident progress, • Supporting residents in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, special education or a related field, • 2-3 years of experience working with adults with disabilities, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the care of individuals with disabilities. Certifications: • Heilerziehungspfleger (w/m/d) certification or equivalent experience, • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
