Your area of responsibility: Pedagogical care, support, and guidance of children and young people individually, lovingly, and resource-oriented
Planning and implementation of pedagogical offers and projects in everyday life (e.g. creativity, movement, language, social learning)
Documentation, observation, and appreciative parent work
Co-shaping the loving daily routine, parties, and outings



You bring with: State-recognized training in the pedagogical field (e.g. educator (m/w/d), nurse educator (m/w/d), social educator (m/w/d) or social assistant (m/w/d)
Experience in working with children and/or young people, ideally in kindergarten, day care center, or residential group
Empathy, creativity, and team spirit, as well as joy in pedagogical work
Openness to different assignments in various institutions and fun in new pedagogical experiences
