Educational Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for educational specialists (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time in Osnabrück and surrounding areas. Why you will feel comfortable with us: Permanent employment contract - secure stability and long-term perspective
Attractive salary - €3,300 - €4,500 gross/month* + annual bonuses - because we appreciate your work
Allowances for Sunday, night and public holiday services - depending on the area of application
Vacation & Leisure - 30 + 1 vacation days* for your recreation.
Individual mobility solution - company car incl. fuel card, travel expenses or public transport allowance
Exciting & Long-term assignments - possible in different educational institutions

You plan creative educational offers and implement projects in everyday life.
You observe, document and work in a respectful manner with parents/guardians.
You actively shape the group's daily routine as well as celebrations & excursions.
What you bring with you: A state-recognized training or a recognized completed degree in the educational field - educator (m/f/d), therapeutic educator (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), social worker (m/f/d)
Experience in working with children or young people (day care center, after-school care, residential group or similar)
Empathy, creativity, team spirit and joy in holistic support.
Openness to different educational institutions and a desire for new experiences.
