Job Description: Tasks: As pedagogical leadership in the school environment (m/w/d), you will play a central role in defining, implementing, and monitoring the pedagogical project of the institution. Your tasks include, in particular: Development, guidance, and ensuring the coherence of the pedagogical project in line with the values of the institution; Counseling and supporting staff members in their activities; Ensuring the quality of support for people with disabilities; Developing and implementing measures to promote diversity and inclusion; Collaborating with other departments and teams to achieve common goals; Participating in planning and decision-making processes at the institutional level; Representing the institution in external events and meetings; Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members. To ensure the success of your work, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
