MUKKI – this is the name of the childcare facility of BTV Vier Länder Bank AG (BTV), which has been caring for and supporting children aged 1.5 to 3 years in the heart of Innsbruck since September 2020.

To support our team, we are looking for an Educational Specialist part-time effective immediately.

What awaits you:

• Pedagogical responsibility for the group (as the 2nd Educational Specialist)
• Activity of 27 hours per week, predominantly in the morning
• Implementation of pedagogical educational work, planning, documentation, and parent engagement in line with the institution's values
• Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and further training opportunities
• Collaboration in a team that values mindful and respectful interaction
• High-quality, varied, and nature-oriented work with toddlers

What you bring with you:

• Completed, recognized training for educational specialists in crèches (BAfEP degree with early education OR equivalent recognized training)
• Professional experience in the toddler sector
• Very good IT skills
• Expert knowledge of current legal requirements for childcare facilities
• Joy and passion for the profession in toddler pedagogy
• Sense of responsibility, openness, and creativity
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility

This activity is subject to the collective agreement for bank employees. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,274.78 based on full-time employment. We offer fair and market-oriented remuneration that takes into account your qualifications, experience, and our internal team salary structures.
