As Packaging Developer, you are the operational owner of end-to-end packaging development for our own brands (MDC). You are responsible for achieving an optimal time-to-market without compromising on quality. In this role, you act as a technical and graphic gatekeeper, ensuring brand identity and legal compliance. Additionally, you proactively advise on the use of sustainable materials to reduce the ecological footprint of our packaging.

• Gestion de projet : You manage independently the entire graphic circuit (via TraQtion), from initial briefing to final implementation in store.
• Planning : You closely monitor deadlines and make necessary decisions to ensure timely launches in stores.
• Coordination : You are the central point of contact for internal services (Achats, Qualité, Brand) and external partners.
• Créativité & Innovation : You write briefs for creative agencies and propose innovative packaging solutions based on market trends.
• Durabilité : You bring ideas about reducing materials and improving recyclability.
• Contrôle Qualité : You validate the final artwork (texts, legal mentions, food safety) and ensure technical control of printing quality and colorimetric profiles.

• You hold a Master or Bachelor's degree (e.g. in Brand & Packaging Design, Media Graphics, Marketing, or Nutrition).
• You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in packaging or the retail/FMCG environment.
• Bilingual (NL/FR) with excellent mastery of both languages.
• You are a 'self-starter' capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• You have a keen sense of aesthetics, work with precision, and resist stress related to tight deadlines.

• Contrat : A full-time permanent contract (CDI).
