Job description
Orienta Orienta S.p.A., Benefit Company, Bolzano branch, is seeking a PACKAGING LINE SUPERVISOR for a food industry client. The resource will be responsible for managing and coordinating the packaging line, ensuring compliance with quality standards, production times, and safety regulations. Main duties: - Packaging product activities; - Coordinate and supervise the line operators team; - Verify the correct functioning of the packaging line; - Ensure the correct storage and handling of packaging materials; - Monitor and control the packaging line's performance; - Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity; - Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise; - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have a strong understanding of packaging processes and procedures, as well as experience with quality control and safety regulations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively is also essential.
