Job description

Responsibilities: Create New Packaging designs/Prototypes Develop prototype packaging material Support the Packaging Development at factory level. Conducting fitment trials. Testing and validation of new products Conduct testing of new packaging materials as per protocols Carry out validation activities for the developed packaging material Scale up of Prototype for commercial production Coordinating with internal stakeholders in scaling up the pilot designs with detailed protocols Work with manufacturing teams to ensure successful implementation of new packaging solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality materials and services. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
