Packaging Designer

Hiring at DIRTS: A Packaging Designer who designs for the add-to-cart, not the portfolio award. Not "proficient in Photoshop." Not "has a great eye." Someone who knows a product image either earns the click or dies in the feed, and that a scroll-stopping static is engineered — not stumbled into. If "thumb-stop," "visual hierarchy," "PDP image stack," and "dieline" are everyday words to you and you're already generating creatives with Midjourney, Flux or Nano Banana — not planning to "learn AI soon." You should be able to create a design that is both visually appealing and functional. This includes designing for the product's packaging, labeling, and overall brand identity. If you have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma or other design tools, we'd love to hear from you. As a Packaging Designer at DIRTS, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective designs that drive sales and engagement. This includes designing product packaging, labeling, and point-of-sale displays. You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
