Packaging Department Head

Orienta Spa - benefit company - seeks and selects for an important client company a packaging department head. Main responsibilities: - Management and coordination of the reference team; - Ensure compliance with deliveries and agreed-upon timelines; - Collaborate with the production department to optimize processes; - Guarantee compliance with internal Quality Assurance requirements and industry regulations. Required qualifications: - Consolidated experience (3-5 years) in packaging roles, preferably gained in structured contexts; - Keen attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving ability; - Organizational and leadership skills. Work schedule: Full-time RAL and onboarding will be adjusted according to the selected resource's level of experience.
