Responsabilities: Summary : Lead the design and implementation of packaging solutions for automotive components. This role ensures packaging meets quality, cost, and sustainability standards while supporting efficient logistics and compliance with OEM requirements. Supervise packaging development projects for new and existing automotive products. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and suppliers to optimize packaging for cost, safety, and efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of packaging engineers. Ensure all packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
