Package Delivery Coordinator - Constanta

We are looking for a Package Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Sameday. As a key player in the delivery process, you will be responsible for ensuring that packages arrive safely and efficiently at their destinations.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in coordination, organization, and interaction with employees (minimum 6 months - 1 year);
• Logistics experience (represents an advantage);
• Certificate for operating a forklift (represents an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office, mail, etc.);
• Resistance to stress, continuous movement, mobility, etc.;
• Proactivity, spontaneity, flexibility, openness to change.

The job responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and organizing personnel in subordinates according to objectives;
• Responding to operational flow from the warehouse;
• Receiving, sorting, and shipping packages within agreed terms;
• Evaluating personnel/activities and initiating new proposals;
• Collaborating and reporting directly to the manager;
• Collaborating directly with other departments (commercial, logistics, etc.);
• Creating various reports as needed.
