Job description

The District of Appenzell is conducting a public pool, Appenzell, on behalf of the inner land districts. For the restaurant within the public pool, which is also publicly accessible and offers seating for 70 guests, a tenant will be sought as of April 1, 2026 or upon agreement. A motivated personality is being sought who, with a flair for hosting, will pamper customers with a fresh and varied offer. In addition to restaurant operations, she/he will also manage the entrance fee. For a successful operation, it is essential that the tenant has experience in the food service industry and is familiar with the Appenzell region. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have good communication skills. The lease term is initially 5 years, with the possibility of extension. The rent will be negotiated individually.
