PaaS - DevOps Support Engineer

ALTE México is a technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for product and project development in various industries, such as Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, Banking and Insurance, Telecommunications and Multimedia, and Railroad. We are looking for a passionate DevOps Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a DevOps Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions. Your main objective will be to optimize the development and operations environment, ensuring continuous integration and efficient software lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for PaaS platforms used in application development and deployment.
• Collaborate on implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) solutions.
• Manage monitoring and performance of applications in production environments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices for the team.
• Train team members on using PaaS platforms.

Requirements

Requirements:

• TITLE in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies or related fields.
• JR, Middle or Sr profiles with experience in DevOps or technical support roles for cloud platforms are welcome.

Technical Skills:

• Windows Server, Linux, virtualization technologies, power and cooling, facilities, SAN, NAS, data backup and recovery strategies.
• SQL, Oracle, MS, database performance tuning, etc..

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving oriented.
• Capacity to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
• Focused on results and attention to details.
