We are looking for a Functional Analyst. Main activities: Collection and analysis of business requirements in the ACS/3DS and RBA domain Preparation of functional specifications based on collected requirements Sharing specifications with the technical team (developers and architects) to ensure that requirements are understood and correctly implemented Collaboration with the Test team, to ensure that results are aligned with requirements Manage variations or change requests that may emerge in post-production or during development, such as changes to initial requirements Creation of user manuals, may be involved in training end-users or the support team Interact with clients, both during the requirements gathering phase and during support to commercial structures Interact with the business, to ensure that solutions are aligned with company objectives Support the business in the pre-sales phase, if required Languages: Knowledge of foreign languages: excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential Work modality: Milan/Hybrid (presence at the office at least once a week is required).
Required skills: Specific skills: Knowledge of tools used for collecting, documenting, and tracking requirements (Confluence, Jira or similar) Competence/experience in drafting technical documentation, such as functional analysis documents Broad spectrum knowledge of software systems and complex architectures (microservices, APIs, integration aspects, open systems, databases, infrastructure, etc.). Knowledge of tools for creating flowcharts, use cases, or activity diagrams that help visualize and document requirements. Analysis and study of technical documentation to support collected requirements (circuit specifications, regulations, etc.) Ability to estimate requested activities Basic competence in project management Completes the profile: At least 4 years of field experience, preferably experience in international projects Knowledge of payments/credit card systems business, specifically in the E-Commerce domain Knowledge of the EMV 3DS protocol
