ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage a portfolio of around 800 lots over 40 properties
- Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate
- Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required
- Prepare and distribute all written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots etc across the portfolio
- Convene, support and chair Annual General Meetings, Inaugural General Meetings and special meetings as required
- Looking after insurance matters
- Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties
- Managing any other day to day issues that may arise
- Willing to undergo formal industry training
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Owners Corporation - high rise experience would be a huge benefit
- Experience with Urbanise also a bonus
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Strong typing skills and verbal communication
- Car & licence preferred
- Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task
- Mandarin speaking is a real advantage here
