Owners Corporation Manager Role
Working in a fantastic large, supportive, clean office environment, with 2 days work from home, a team of 15+ staff and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry to work for!

You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing manager. Using Cloud Based, StrataMaster type strata software.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa 700 lots in the inner suburbs
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings

Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Provided!

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of around $85,000 - $110,000 + Super + Comms (2.2s) with progression
- Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided
- 2 days work from home once you are settled in, very flexible office, up to 3 days possible with more experience
- Car parking on site

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
