About the company:

This company provides expert management services for prestigious residential buildings and developments from medium to high-density, high-rise apartments and mixed-use buildings.

About the role:

Duties include all aspects of owners corporation management with admin support from an OC management assistant and finance support team.

The portfolio is approximately 700 lots across 17 buildings in the inner city areas.

About you:

The successful candidate will be a fully experienced owners corporation manager.

Skills and attributes sought include but not limited to:

Strong business English skills both written & verbal
Computer literate
Working knowledge of Owners Corporation Act
High level client relationship skills
Strong organisational skills
At least 2 years experience as an OC manager
Career orientated & resilient mindset
