Our client is a well-established strata management business based in Melbourne's inner city North. Led by approachable, hands-on directors, the team combines professionalism with a fun, supportive culture.
About the Role:
As part of a collaborative team of Owners Corporation Managers, you’ll service a diverse company portfolio of around 3,000 lots across six buildings, from boutique complexes to large high-rises and a master-plan estate. Supported by administration staff, you’ll focus on:
- Coordinating and following up AGMs
- Actioning quotes and maintenance items
- Partnering with onsite building managers in the larger developments
- Using Stratamax to manage records and reporting
- Providing exceptional service to committees and lot owners
About You:
- Reliable, stable, and mature with strong business English skills
- Hands-on and adaptable, happy to manage both client service and admin tasks
- Collaborative and professional
- Familiar with Stratamax (or quick to pick it up)
- Committed to delivering high-level service and building long-term relationships
- Salary: $80k–$120k + super depending on experience
- Onsite car parking provided
- Full-time hours Monday–Friday 9–5, with possibility of 1–2 WFH days available (experience dependent)
