If you're a university student in your final year or pursuing a master's degree, if fashion retail excites you and you want to take your first steps in the world of fashion, participate in our OVS Internship Program. Start date: September 1, 2025 or February 2, 2026 Type of internship: curriculum-based projects will take place at our Venice Mestre office from Monday to Friday following the team's schedule. What we're looking for in you: - You're pursuing a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion design, Engineering, Languages/Humanities - Italian level B2/C1 depending on the field - English level B2/C1 depending on the field - Good teamwork skills - Passion for Fashion Retail Our internship projects Here are the teams ready to welcome and accompany you in your training with us: - DIGITAL BUSINESS: with them, you'll discover how our group's online stores integrate the network of physical stores, offering customers an omnichannel experience. - PRODOTTO: with the Product team, you'll learn to create outfits and accessories for all; you'll identify trends, develop assortments, and verify customer response, monitoring sales KPIs. - CORPORATE: with the Corporate teams, particularly HR and Finance, you'll learn to optimize business processes, manage operational flows, and ensure that every detail is under control, analyzing strategic data and providing support in achieving company goals.
