Overnight Maintenance Technician

Our Overnight Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth running of the hotel facilities throughout the evening, with responsibilities ranging from maintaining guest rooms, to ensuring colleague back spaces are in good condition.

Starting Rate of Pay: $28.75 per hour.

This is a full-time, permanent role, starting as soon as possible.

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $36.55 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure health and safety compliance via inspections and restoration of property facilities and equipment, throughout both guest rooms and public areas
• Maintenance of health club facilities including hot tubs and pools
• On-call as part of the hotel overnight Emergency Response Team
• Work alongside hotel departments to ensure preventative measures are in place to maintain upkeep of hotel facilities
