Job description
The armament maintenance worker is an enlisted soldier specializing in the management, preparation, and maintenance of aeronautical armament equipment. He works within an armament squadron on an air base, under the supervision of technicians or non-commissioned officers. He works on all equipment related to armament: loading bombs and missiles, checking firing pods, secure storage of ammunition, preventive maintenance of onboard systems. It is a job requiring precision, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
