Are you an experienced OutSystems Low-Code Developer looking to take real ownership, influence technical direction, and contribute to innovative product enhancements? This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist organisation undergoing significant digital uplift, including a major upgrade of its core OutSystems platform.
Working within a tight-knit, collaborative technology team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a mission-critical application and delivering new features that will transform the user experience across the business.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a business that has invested heavily in automation and modernisation. Their flagship Traditional Web OutSystems application is now gearing up for a transition into the OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)-and you'll be at the centre of this journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and genuine end-to-end involvement across the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using OutSystems

Collaborating closely with a small team to deliver high-quality software solutions

Working across the full SDLC-requirements, design, development, testing, deployment

Troubleshooting, optimising, and enhancing application performance

Supporting continuous improvement of development standards and practices

Providing technical guidance to stakeholders and team members
What You Bring

Proven experience developing with the OutSystems platform (Certification Level 1 advantageous)

Solid understanding of software development principles and modern methodologies

Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Clear and confident communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
