Are you an experienced OutSystems Low-Code Developer looking to take real ownership, influence technical direction, and contribute to innovative product enhancements? Working within a tight-knit, collaborative technology team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a mission-critical application and delivering new features that will transform the user experience across the business.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a business that has invested heavily in automation and modernisation. Their flagship Traditional Web OutSystems application is now gearing up for a transition into the OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)-and you'll be at the centre of this journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and genuine end-to-end involvement across the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using OutSystems

• Collaborating closely with a small team to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Working across the full SDLC-requirements, design, development, testing, deployment

• Troubleshooting, optimising, and enhancing application performance

• Supporting continuous improvement of development standards and practices

• Providing technical guidance to stakeholders and team members

What You Bring

• Proven experience developing with the OutSystems platform (Certification Level 1 advantageous)

• Solid understanding of software development principles and modern methodologies

• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Background in web application development

• Understanding of UI/UX best practice

• Knowledge of database design and management

Your Background

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline - or equivalent practical experience
