Outsourcing Manager (m/w/d)

Goya Finance is a growth-oriented FinTech that supports companies in the healthcare sector and mid-market with modern financial solutions. With our growth standing on a stable and regulatorily sound foundation, outsourcing and its management play a central role for us.

To further develop our risk team, we are looking for a structured, responsible person who will actively develop our Auslagerungsmanagement.

Aufgaben

Your Role

As Auslagerungsmanager, you ensure that outsourced processes and partners at Goya Finance are transparent, rule-compliant, and efficient managed.

You will work at the interface of risk, compliance, legal, and operations, accompany audits and inspections, and significantly contribute to ensuring regulatory requirements are implemented – with room for further development and design.

The role is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in the financial, audit, risk, or consulting field, who take responsibility and wish to continue developing professionally.

Your Tasks

• Monitoring and management of our Auslagerungspartner
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of Compliance controls, audits, and measures
• Maintenance and further development of the Auslagerungsregister
• Accompanying internal and external inspections
• Tight cooperation and Schnittstellenmanagement with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and market
• Preparation of Reports, KPIs, and presentations for outsourcing and management reports
• Analysis and continuous improvement of processes in outsourcing and risk management
• Support in the further development of our internal control system

Qualification

What You Bring

Must-haves

• Degree in banking, economics, law, or finance or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the financial sector, consulting, audit, compliance, or risk management
• Fundamental understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, or comparable)
• Structured, analytical, and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2) and good English language skills (C1)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outsourcing or third-party risk management
• Experience with digital tools for documentation and partner monitoring
