About you: * Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a related field (e.g., Youth Work, Community Services) with significant experience in OSHC. * Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an OSHC setting. * Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant state regulations for OSHC. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. * Ability to develop and implement creative and engaging programs for school-aged children. * Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care. * Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) and Working with Children Check (WWCC). * A positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Why join Discovery Early Learning Centres? * Opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Competitive remuneration package. * Be part of a growing and respected Tasmanian organisation.
