Professional skills

Configuration and customization of writing templates

Sound knowledge in the creation and Customization of document templates in the Inspire system.

Experience in integrating data sources (e.g. databases, ERP systems) and their automatic transfer into document templates

Sound knowledge of identification and Analysis of errors in the document generation process.

Experience in working closely with Specialist departments and customers to collect documentation requirements and implement them in the Inspire system.

Experience in using interfaces and APIs for data transfer and processing between different systems.

Configuration of writing templates in Inspire system.

Creation and adaptation of document Templates for generating standard and individual documents

Automation of document creation

Integration of data sources and systems to enable automatic filling of templates and minimize manual entry.

Optimization of workflows and processes

Error analysis and troubleshooting

Monitoring and analyzing errors in the document generation process.

Conception and implementation of individual Solutions and customizations in the Inspire system to meet customer needs.
