About the Role: Outdoor Environment Educator

This role also involves collaborating closely with educators to integrate both outdoor and indoor learning experiences, managing outdoor resources and equipment, and supervising play to maintain a safe and enriching space. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything from equipment usage to risk assessments is handled with care and attention to detail. Your leadership will support educators in providing a nurturing, creative, and well-organized outdoor play space.

We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for outdoor education, who is a strong team leader, capable of inspiring, delegating, and supporting a group of educators. You’ll need experience in planning and assessing outdoor play, as well as knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and child development. Understanding the importance of risky play and creating safe, exciting experiences is a must.
