Outbound Partner Acquisition Specialist

About the role As an Outbound Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively expanding our portfolio of Partners by acquiring new organizations for our Partner Program. Your work will focus on active outreach to leads, conducting conversations, and building initial relationships that can develop into valuable strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Proactively researching and contacting potential business partners in line with the defined growth strategy Conducting outgoing calls to identify potential partners and initiate discussions Building relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations Identifying and addressing the needs of potential partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our Partner Program, its value proposition, and the competitive landscape Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
