You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team. Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to assess their needs and interests. Ensure a smooth handoff to our sales team. Follow up with leads to ensure a positive experience. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
