We offer various comparison platforms, where in this role you will focus on energy and telecom.

• You contact mainly existing customers or customers who have shown interest in our services

• You compare different energy providers based on the personal data of the customers, looking at the customer together with the customer whether you can switch them to a more favorable rate

• You guide (future) customers through the online conclusion of their new energy contract

• You inform the customer about the characteristics of the products

• You help customers in a clear and understandable way and know how to advise them on the best option

• In the long run, you also answer incoming calls from existing customers

Requirements

• You speak fluent Dutch.

• You enjoy helping customers further via phone and email

• You are commercially inclined and can proactively respond to the customer's needs

• You are eager to learn and want to deepen your knowledge of the energy market.

• You are a team player, maintaining good communication with colleagues
