OU Director – IT (Operations Unit)

Job description

Report to: Regional Director, India Department: OU IT Entity Name: NBLSC, India Major Job Responsibilities: Works with the business leaders/business responsible and defines strategies for IT. Advocate rollout of group IT solutions and finalize IT roadmap for the region and participate in the decision process of team's overall strategic directions. Identify opportunities for automation across functions and deliver efficiency, quality and cost leadership initiatives. Drive architectural compliance and ensure alignment with global standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective IT processes and procedures. Ensure seamless integration with other departments and teams. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to achieve their goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
