Job Title and Role Purpose: Optician

The resource will be integrated into the Optics Corner and will operate in a dynamic and structured environment. The role involves managing the customer relationship 360 degrees, from vision measurement and technical advice in choosing optical devices, to laboratory operational activities for eyewear preparation.

Hierarchical reporting: Optics Corner Manager / Store Management

Main Responsibilities

• Provide qualified and personalized advice to customers in choosing frames and lenses;
• Perform vision measurements and conduct visual tests using appropriate instrumentation;
• Manage laboratory activities related to mounting, shaping, and processing lenses;
• Ensure correct product display and maintenance of the sales area;
• Guarantee high service quality and constant customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Diploma and/or specialization and/or Bachelor's Degree in Optics;
• Authorization to practice the profession of Optician (fundamental requirement);
• Good knowledge of the technical characteristics of optical instruments and devices;
• Proficiency in using vision measurement equipment and laboratory instrumentation.

Contractual Conditions

• Work Location: Coverage of stores within the provincial territory (willingness to travel required)
• Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with single and split shift organization (including Sundays and holidays on a rotational basis)
• Contract Type: Direct hiring by the company
• Remuneration Package: Gross monthly salary of € 1,965.31
