Salmoiraghi & Viganò, operating in the optical products retail sector, is seeking qualified opticians for its stores in the Bergamo area, with part-time and full-time contracts.

Do you possess the qualification to practice as an optician and have you gained experience, even if brief, in the main activities required for the role, from eye exams to sales area management. · you have obtained the qualification to practice as an optician;

• you have gained work experience, even brief, in a retail environment or in a role involving public interaction;

In your role as an optician, you will be responsible for:

• performing visual check-ups and supporting customers during contact lens fittings;
• assisting customers in choosing the best products for their visual, style, and lifestyle needs;
• promoting brand and product features through storytelling;
• managing the daily activities of the store according to company procedures;
• handling returns, orders, shipments, payments, and any complaints professionally.

Position and Benefits

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for Full Time between €28,000 and €32,000
• National Collective Agreement for Commerce - 3rd level
